30-day service guarantee
We configure and launch your AI receptionist against the call-handling rules you approve. If in your first 30 days live it does not answer, qualify, and route calls as agreed, we correct it — or refund your first month's subscription. Onboarding fees are non-refundable once onboarding starts; requires completed onboarding, approved call rules, and real calls forwarded to ScaleLabs.

Usage alerts arrive before you reach your allowance. We agree a plan or usage change with you before additional usage is enabled.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled in Stripe for the end of the current paid period. Annual subscriptions run until the end of the paid annual term.

Once you subscribe, every plan carries our 30-day service guarantee — if the AI doesn't answer, qualify, and route calls as agreed in your first 30 days live, we fix it or refund your first month's subscription.
Yes. Lite has a £99 one-time onboarding fee and Starter has a £149 one-time onboarding fee, charged upfront. Growth is coming soon at £249/month plus £249 onboarding. Custom onboarding is quoted after scoping. Annual Lite and Starter include onboarding and cost the equivalent of 11 monthly payments.
Billing is handled through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled in the billing portal and end after the current paid monthly period. Annual subscriptions end after the current paid annual term. Cancelling stops renewal; it does not refund onboarding or time already paid for.
You receive usage alerts before reaching your plan allowance. We agree a plan or usage change with you before additional usage is enabled, so a higher bill is not applied without warning.
