What you will receive

When you book a call with us and agree to receive texts, we send messages about that call: booking confirmations, reminders, the link to join, a check that you can still make it, and follow-ups if the call is missed or cancelled so you can rebook. Messages come from a named member of our team.

How you agree

You agree by ticking the text message consent box when you book a call with us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your booking, typically a few messages around each call. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.
